Returns Policy

We offer a four-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items beyond the four-day window. Custom machine orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, damaged or used items will incur a 35% restocking fee. It's important to report any discrepancies within one day of receiving your order.

Please be aware that returns are not accepted for the following items: e-liquids/e-juice, disposables, consumable items, and clearance items. No exceptions apply to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines for a smooth and efficient return process.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping charges associated with your item. There are no refunds for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will withhold the shipping cost.

If shipping an item over $75, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we don't promise that we will receive your returned item.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your address or location.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in the original condition as when it was shipped and the item is unused. It must also be in its original package. Returns aren't allowed on some goods (Disposable, E-liquids, Clearance consumable items). Additionally, we don't accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you receive defective or damaged Glass Bubblers, Pipes, and Rigs must inform us within one business day—a receipt or proof of your purchase to complete your return. A credit or product replacement will be issued when we receive your items.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

The refund will be processed once you are approved. A credit will automatically go to your credit card or original payment method within 10 to 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you are still waiting for a refund, recheck your bank account first.

Then you can contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is in your account.

Next, could you contact your bank? In most cases, a processing delay occurs before a refund is cleared to your account or card.

Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

If you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery times based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Depending on shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page.

Orders will be shipped the same day if the order is before 1:00 PM EST. In that case, shipping should be processed and shipped on the same business day, although exceptions may occur, there are no guarantees under exceptional circumstances based on warehouse volume.

When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (24) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Depending on the rate, we ship UPS and USPS. We use real-time monitoring to ensure you get the most affordable shipping rate possible!  

Currently, we are unable to ship to apartment buildings.

Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day; however, under extraneous circumstances, based on warehouse volume, it is not a guarantee. 

Freight forwarders

No orders would be shipped to a freight forwarder, Import and Transport, PO Box or Logistic Companies.

In addition, please be aware that many of our products are shipped based on their weight. We calculate and round weight to the next full pound to reflect the shipping company's policies.


Lost and Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of I Love Vape, and the customer must resolve any issues arising from packages not received with the carrier in use. I Love Vape strives for the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

I Love Vape will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to shipping carriers. The customer must resolve any issues with shipments marked delivered with the shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions input by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. I Love Vape is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous address submissions inputted by the user.
