There's a four-day return policy. We can't refund or exchange if it's been four days since your purchase. All custom machine orders would be subject to a 15% restocking fee if you cancel the order before shipment. Damaged or used items are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping charges associated with your item. There are no refunds for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will withhold the shipping cost.
If shipping an item over $75, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we don't promise that we will receive your returned item.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your address or location.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in the original condition as when it was shipped and the item is unused. It must also be in its original package. Returns aren't allowed on some goods. Additionally, we don't accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If you receive defective or damaged Glass Bubblers, Pipes, and Rigs must inform us within one business day—a receipt or proof of your purchase to complete your return. A credit or product replacement will be issued when we receive your items.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
The refund will be processed once you are approved. A credit will automatically go to your credit card or original payment method within 10 to 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you are still waiting for a refund, recheck your bank account first.
Then you can contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is in your account.
Next, could you contact your bank? In most cases, a processing delay occurs before a refund is cleared to your account or card.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

If you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery times based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.
Orders will be shipped the same day if an expedited shipping method is selected and the order is before 1:00 PM EST. In that case, expedited shipping should be processed and shipped on the same business day, although exceptions may occur. Same-day shipping is typical, although there are no guarantees under exceptional circumstances based on warehouse volume.
When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Any orders shipped to a freight forwarder must be paid for by wire transfer. Once the wire has cleared, we can ship to your freight forwarder.
In addition, please be aware that many of our products are shipped based on their weight. The weight of any item is on its detail page. We calculate and round weight to the next full pound to reflect the shipping company's policies.
